A one night tour of the Australian wine scene comprising classic grapes from the established regions as well as new and rising stars from a new breed of winemakers and emerging regions.

We will be tasting 12 wines from iconic regions including the Hunter Valley, Yarra Valley, McLaren Vale, Barossa Valley, Adelaide Hills and many more!

Throw in artisan cheese from Simon Johnson and some other tasty bites such as fresh oysters and prawns and this tasting is a must for any wine lover. 

This is the perfect event for overseas guests looking to gain an appreciation for Australian wine or any locals keen to get an understanding of Australian regionality or anyone simply looking for a fun night out.

Join us for a one night tour of Spain as we take you on a virtual tour of the country. 

Learn about the classic Spanish wines and regions, and food and wine matching, in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

On arrival you will be handed a glass of wine and given the chance to sample some Spanish cheeses and antipasto. 

You will then be led through 12+ Spanish wines, along with tapas matched to each flight of wine. Don't be sucked in by other events tasting just 6 or 9 wines. Instead allow us to guide you through the whole country showing a range of wines from great value affordable wines to the classics that the country has built its reputation on. 

Whilst each event is unique, you can expect to be guided through 2 flights of dry sherry, sparkling and white wines before a flight of regional reds followed by a flight of wines revealing the classifcations of the Rioja region. We will then finish with a PX wine to wrap up the evening.
