Explore Champagne & Sparkling Wine ($150) Wednesday 24th April from 7-9PM

Come and enjoy an in-depth look at the world of Champagne and bubbles in this tasting that covers the world of sparkling wine.

Enjoy 4 flights of wine with 2 flights of French Champagne (6 wines) as well as an International and Australian Sparkling flight. 

Throughout the night we will look at various forms of Non Vintage Champagne before a flight of specialised Champagnes including Blanc de Blancs, extended maturation/vintage wines and other formats we are sure you will love.

Throw in canapés including fresh Oysters and Salmon Blinis and some incredible French cheeses and it's sure to be a sparkling good night! (boom tish)

A Taste of Australia ($110) Wednesday 27th March from 7PM-9PM

A one night tour of the Australian wine scene comprising classic grapes from the established regions as well as new and rising stars from a new breed of winemakers and emerging regions.

We will be tasting 12 wines from iconic regions including the Hunter Valley, Yarra Valley, McLaren Vale, Barossa Valley, Adelaide Hills and many more!

Throw in artisan cheese from Simon Johnson and some other tasty bites such as fresh oysters and prawns and this tasting is a must for any wine lover.
