Rob Geddes Wine Course

Rob Geddes MW will host a 4 week Introduction to Wine Course to entertain and educate your palate and mind. Learn about the different wine varieties, taste the difference between the wine regions in Australia and learn the art of food and wine matching, allowing you to read a wine list with confidence. The course runs for 4 consecutive Wednesdays commencing October 28th (October 28th, November 4th, 11th & 18th) from 7pm. The cost is $250 and this includes a copy of “A Good Nose & Great Legs” by Rob Geddes (RRP $50), the text for the course. Hi,

I am doing my masters degree in Food Technology Engg at UNSW and I am
interested in taking up a course in wine science.

I would like to know about the availability of courses suitable for food professionals,
ie the short term courses suitable for a food tech student opting for a career in wine industry.
