Wine Tutorials and Masterclasses
Informative, sit down tastings, led by a winemaker or wine industry expert. Taste through flights of wines with great detail and discussion
Vertical tastings
Tasting through a series of vintages of your favourite wines, in chronological order, so you can see first hand, vintage variations, and how the wines will age.
Comparative tastings are designed to demonstrate differences in varieties, regions, vintages, or countries to name a few, allowing you to see the differences in the glass, side by side.
Regional tastings
Through a regional tasting you can discover which regions produce certain characteristics typical of a variety. For example Semillon from Hunter Valley will show very different characteristics to that of Semillon from Margaret River.
Blend your own wine
One of the most exciting opportunities. Come along to a blending masterclass, blend your own wine, bottle it, cork it, and take home your very own wine.
