This tasting will be one for the true believers. A very special and unique opportunity to truely discover the intrigue, magic and passion behind one of Australia's great boutique wineries. David Lloyd will be showcaseing  all of his little experiments that lead to the consistently devine end product.

Never before have members of the public been given the opportunity to see behind the doors of a winery in such a fashion. We will be exploring the different clones of Pinot Noir, the effects of different fermentation methods, the effects of cork vs stelvin closures and many more little experiments that David has been trialling.

Private tastings, lunch with the winemakers, reserve and aged wines. This isn't a tour for the masses but a privileged chance to see a part of the Hunter normally reserved for those within the industry.

Taste 5 Spanish wines against 5 Australians with a focus on the passion and flair of the Spanish varieties. Matched with a selection of fine Tapas food this night has the excitement of a bull in the streets of Pampalona with the style and finesse of a flamingo dancer in the bars of Seville.
